Local Pickup
This option is available 7 days a week (with the exception of some weekends/holidays). Once your order is ready for pick up you, you will receive a notification email. Please email me the NIGHT before you would like to pick up your order so I can ensure it is ready for you. This option is a contactless option not curb-side, your order will be waiting for you at the front door. If for some reason you do not see your package outside please knock or send me an email. If you are unable to make your prearranged pick up time your order will be brought back inside. Please send me an email to arrange the next time you are available to pick it up.

All our welcome! Though I do carry all types of metals, you can predominately find Gold-Filled, Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel.

3. Do you offer Local Pick-up?
Yes I sure do. Pick-up is in Pitt Meadows.

Within the first 7 days of your purchase you can contact shopzoels@gmail.com to exchange unworn/undamaged product. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Exchanges Page for full details

5. Do you do repairs?
Unfortunately I can not offer repairs as the pieces in the boutique are made by various artists that I work with to curate specific collections. If your jewelry has quality concerns within the first 7 days please contact shopzoels@gmail.com.

6. Can I mix and match items? (ex. change the chain on a necklace to pair with a pendant)
Each piece has been selected to be carried in the shop as a complete unit and as such cannot be mixed.
