If you are not completely satisfied with your pieces there is a 7 day exchange window in which you can exchange your jewelry. This mean for those that have received their items via mail, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or 7 days from pickup if you select the local pickup option. All return & shipping/handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in it's original packaging and with proof of purchase.
